Honey
‘Our raw honey gives a snapshot into each season in bloom’
Small Batch Raw Honey Cold Filtered
Our happy beehives are located amongst flowering eucalyptus, wildflowers and tea tree that grows native to the Surfcoast of Victoria. We are at the forefront of practicing natural and responsible beekeeping, only harvesting honey when in excess and ensuring the bees' wellbeing comes first.
As we harvest in small batches, we recommend calling stockist
to check availability.

THE GENTLE ART OF BEEKEEPING
Coastal Nectar is putting a modern twist on the 9000 year tradition of beekeeping. Inspired by this coastline diversity of wildflowers, we provide seasonal raw honey to the Surfcoast Community and educational bee incursions about the Buzzing world of bees.

ABC RADIO PERTH - 22/1/25
Beekeeper Tom jumps into the ABC Perth Studio to talk about the Buzzing BEE Tour, small batch honey, beekeeping techniques & the fascinating World of Bees . Below is a recording of the full segment with ABC afternoons.

"Beehives and Bottomturns"
A short film exploring the connection between beekeeping and climate, featuring local surfer/beekeeper Tom. Beekeeper Tom from Coastal Nectar shreds the local waves, educates Bellbrae Primary and teaches us about all things bees. This film will showcase the synergy between bees and the environment while capturing the spirit of surfing.
Produced by SFC Custom Films (a new local formation of Torquay filmmakers) in collaboration with Surfers For Climate. "Beehives and Bottomturns" is the first of a series of documentaries, aiming to raise awareness about environmental issues. Directed by Brad Coetzee, produced by Sarah Hall, and cinematography by Natalia Villa.
